At FAYONIX®, we want you to love your new eyewear! If something isn’t quite right, we’ve made returns simple and hassle-free. Here’s everything you need to know.
14-DAY-EASY RETURNS
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
WHAT CAN BE RETURNED?
To qualify for a return, items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Important: Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

We sent the wrong item.

The item is damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a voucher code for the return process.

Customs clearance delays are beyond our control and are not a valid reason for a return.
REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.

EXCHANGES

If you need a different size or style, you can request an exchange during the return process.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately. We’ll guide you through the return process and arrange for a replacement or refund.
CANCELING AN ORDER

We process orders quickly, so cancellations or changes may not always be possible.

Once a shipping confirmation with tracking details has been sent, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
